Air France crash due to 'pilot and errors'
Air France and Airbus are expected to face legal action after publication of the final report into a fatal crash three years ago. Investigators blame both pilot error and technical faults for the crash of an Air France Airbus A-330 jet after it left Rio de Janeiro, bound for Paris. 228 people were killed in the crash. Peter Sharp reports from Paris.
