Mexico’s Obrador demands vote recount

Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, the runner up in Mexico’s Presidential elections is demanding a recount of Sunday’s vote. Obrador has not accepted the results which show his rival Enrique Pena Nieto won with 38 per cent and accuses Nieto’s Institutional Revolutionary party of buying votes.
